EB5 Investor Visa

Investor Immigration Program of United States was started as a Direct Investment route in the year 1993 under The 1993 Appropriations Act, Immigrant Investor Pilot Program (IIPP) was introduced and it gave the birth of Regional Center program. Regional Centers were responsible for promoting economic growth with the help of job creation, exports and domestic capital investments.

Eligibility

EB5 Investor visa program for USA provides residency opportunity to the wealthy foreigners in US. EB5 provides the Green card for the Investor his spouse and any number of children under the age of 21 years within 5 years. The investment made under Eb-5 is also refundable after the approval of I-829.

Investment Amount

Minimum Investment Amounts:

• $1,050,000 for investments outside designated Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs).
• $800,000 for investments in TEAs.
